Super 8 (C+)

In Super 8, J.J. Abrams has made a homage to Steven Spielberg. Despite being set in the 1970s, this is a modern-day E.T. (there’s a decent amount of guns, explosions and crashes throughout… )

“The Tourist” (F)

The highlight of The Tourist was when I had to go to the bathroom and “Bloodsport” was playing on the TV above the bar in the lobby. That say enough for you?

“Black Swan” (B+)

Black Swan is like a mishmash of “Showgirls” and “The Wrestler” with some Sybil, Single White Female and Fight Club sprinkled in ... on acid.
